Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Director to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will oversee the clinical operations of the hospital, ensuring the highest standards of medical care and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Medical Director will work closely with department heads to enhance patient care, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services.
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and procedures.
Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, providing mentorship and fostering professional development.
Collaborate with the administrative team to align medical strategies with overall hospital goals.
Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare regulations and standards.
Monitor and evaluate patient care practices, identifying areas for improvement.
Drive quality assurance programs and promote best practices in patient safety.
Engage in strategic planning to enhance hospital services and expand medical programs.
Represent the hospital in medical conferences and maintain relationships with external medical bodies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or Master) with a valid medical license to practice in Egypt.
A minimum of [5] years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital or medical institution.
Strong clinical background with expertise in hospital management and administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement clinical protocols.
