Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Sales Manager (Medical) to lead our sales initiatives across the country.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth for our innovative medical products.
You will lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on building lasting relationships with healthcare providers and maximizing sales performance.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for the medical division
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of KSM’s, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the medical sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital administrators
• Oversee the development and execution of sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional strategies and product launches
Job Requirements
10+ years of experience in medical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a remote sales team
• Deep understanding of the medical industry, including regulatory environments and market dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience in launching new medical products or services
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
• Familiarity with medical sales technologies
