Job Description
- Implement business development plans and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
- Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth / profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop awareness of the benefits of the products and services.
- Visit existing and new customers regularly to develop and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of Company in trading portfolio throughout the market.
- Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans and facilitate the implementation plan.
- Negotiate the terms of sales agreement and close the deal.
- Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross sell.
- Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly reports.
- Carrying out periodic visits to clients & writing periodic reports and future plans.
- Collaborate with sales executives to professionally plan, prepare and implement the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in (Electrical - Mechanical - Equipment or Communications) engineering from a reputable University.
- 1 - 3 years of experience as Sales Engineer.
- Preferable to have a car.
- Preferable to be a Cairo resident.
- Mastering sales and marketing skills and the ability to open new channels to establish strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- To be distinguished in the skill of diction, explanation and communication with individuals (tactful and has the ability to explain and present complex concepts in a creative, easy-to-understand manner)
- To be characterized by enthusiasm, perseverance, seriousness and diligence.
