Job Description
- Review the videos of the recorded training courses and provide the required modifications and alternatives as needed.
- Participate in technical proposal writing by following company policies.
- Develop training content using PowerPoint that will be used in both instructor and web-based learning platform.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.
- Create and develop engaging training content to ensure material is effective and to improve current training library.
- Review and evaluate training materials and programs as part of our continuous improvement quality program
- Working with subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs.
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the Educational field.
- Excellent Attention to details, Organizational, and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
