Job Description
1) Supplier Sourcing and Selection:
- Identify and qualify suppliers based on quality, reliability, price, and delivery.
- Conduct research and evaluations to assess supplier performance and competitiveness.
- Maintain a supplier database and stay abreast of industry trends.
2) Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
- Review purchase contracts for compliance.
3) Order Placement and Follow-Up:
- Generate purchase orders based on production and demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order details and shipping.
- Monitor orders and resolve delivery issues.
4) Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct performance reviews and address concerns.
- Collaborate to resolve issues and optimize inventory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably science or pharmacy or medical graduate.)
- From 2:3 years of work experience as an RM Buyer position in the Pharma/Cosmeceutical field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP System (Oddo) is a plus.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
