Job Description
- Communication and identification of interviews and coordination with each department and unit, as well as coordination with the management of the company.
- Coordinate and arrange the dates and places of meetings between the department heads and the director of the department.
- Dealing with departments (HR - IT - Account Management - Procurement Management)
- Receive and arrange all employee papers (assignments, vacations ... etc) on the computer.
- Assist in solving any problem faced by the employee quickly to complete the work whether related to furniture or computer or office tools or dealing with personnel affairs
