Job Description
- Manage and supervise all manufacturing operations within the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance, to streamline operations and address any production-related issues.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and improve production capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth production processes and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- +7 years of experience .
- Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Ready to travel.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the textile and garments industry .
- In-depth knowledge of textile production techniques, machinery, and quality control systems.
