Job Description
- Safety management: Ensuring the implementation of Main safety KPIs in shift teams.
- Ex. SMAT/KPS, Unsafe condition: TFX reporting, Safety standard …..etc.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are being followed in the shift.
- Ensure the Quality of the product
- Achieve Operational Excellence through WCM Implementation
- Lead and Manage the Production Shifts day-to-day operation
- Ensure meeting the manufacturing objectives
- Monitor the team performance following product standards and ensure implementing the defined quality-control plan
- Emergency Management in Coordination with Area Manager & Line Manager
- Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as necessary.
- Ensure that production orders were covered and delivered in communication with concerned parties
- Interact among different departments e.g. the day-to-day maintenance, production planning and administration.
- Train and develop the Team effectively to meet business commitments and requirements
- Skills development Program: Coaching and development of subordinates, Teams’ responsible and Operators and implementing the skills development program to meet the business` objectives.
- Systems Implementation
- Ensure complete compliance to prescribed IMS.
- Compliance with the company QMS , Quality Control , Product compliance of Saint-Gobain.
Job Requirements
- Education: Engineering bachelor
- Major: Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- Years of experience: 1.5 to 3 years (4 years is maximum)
- Field: Heavy industry (Glass manufacturing, Steel, cement, …)
