Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads to achieve our marketing and sales goals.
- Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough market research to identify and segment target audiences, ensuring precise ad placement and increased engagement.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently, monitoring expenditures and optimizing spend to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments and improvements.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
- Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns and strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
- Interest in following advertising and media trends
- Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
