Job Description

Job Duties 

  • Develop and implement our overall marketing strategy, including brand messaging, advertising campaigns, and promotional events
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing collateral, including website content, email campaigns, social media content, and print materials
  • Lead the marketing team and provide guidance and support to ensure that all campaigns are executed successfully and on time
  • Analyze marketing data and use insights to inform future marketing initiatives and optimize current campaigns
  • Prepare & Manage our marketing budget and ensure that all spending is aligned with our business goals and priorities
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and finance, to ensure that marketing efforts are integrated with overall business strategy
  • Identify industry trends and developments and identify opportunities to differentiate our company from competitors
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field of education, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience
  • 10+15 Years of Experience in a similar role, within the real estate industry
Job requirements 
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing (Real Estate) together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Worked in marketing agencies is most preferable to handle tough workloads (advertising, digital, events, activations).
