Job Description

Develop and prepare detailed drawings:
- Produce comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to accurately translate design intent into technical documentation.
Conduct technical reviews and coordination:
- Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
- Identify and resolve potential conflicts or discrepancies in the design documentation.
- prepare of bills of quantities and tender documents
Ensure compliance with regulations:
- Stay abreast of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to the project.
- Verify that design solutions adhere to all applicable codes and requirements.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities.
Provide technical support during construction:
- Respond to technical queries from contractors and construction teams.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with design intent.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any technical issues.
Contribute to project quality and efficiency:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency and construction processes.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical office role,Working in banking sector projects is an advantage
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and methods.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
Problem-solving: Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to producing accurate and high-quality work.
Teamwork: Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
