Job Description
- Develop and prepare detailed drawings:
- Produce comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to accurately translate design intent into technical documentation.
- Conduct technical reviews and coordination:
- Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
- Identify and resolve potential conflicts or discrepancies in the design documentation.

- Ensure compliance with regulations:

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical office role,Working in banking sector projects is an advantage
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building construction, materials, and methods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
- Problem-solving: Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
