Job Description
- Answering the phone and answering queries.
- Deals with telephone and email inquiries, using an email system(e.g. Outlook).
- Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
