Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Responsible for quality and service to internal client (of organization), ensuring client obtains maximum value from available technology
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization.
Follows-up with maintenance agencies for hardware repairs.
Prepares reports as & whenever needed.
Provides internal training to staff on tools & soft-wares used by organization.
Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
Work within the first or second-line support. The work is as much about understanding how information systems are used as applying technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software.
Taking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Replacing parts as required.
Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues in the organization LAN and Domain.
Prioritizing and managing several open cases at a given time
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
Testing and evaluating modern technology.

Bachelor's Degree
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of computer science / Information System, or equivalent.
Good experience in similar IT support functions of minimum 3-5 years.
Preferably, accredited in Company service certification program.
English language: good command (Speaking, listening, reading and writing).
Project management experience in overseeing or contributing in difficult, multi-discipline projects.
Strong communications & follow up skills, including ability to train & present. Has high response to rising issues and analytical mind.
Strong time management & commitment to deadlines. Hard worker, team player.
Retail industry experience is preferred. Proficient in PC applications.
