Job Description
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of all MEP systems in construction projects.
• Develop and implement MEP strategies, policies, and best practices to optimize project efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP installations.
• Review and approve MEP designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to align MEP systems with overall project objectives.
• Lead and mentor the MEP engineering team
Job Requirements
- Bsc. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 12 to 15 years of MEP project management experience with reputable entities
- Experience in major mixed-use developments
- Real Estate Developer side experience
- Knowledge of Authorities requirements and procedures
- Full MEP Scope
