Role Overview:


The role holder is responsible for the management and execution of Global Banking Deal/Non Deal Roadshows, Investor Trips, Webinars and Conferences. The individual is the key interface with Clients and senior stakeholders within the businesses and is responsible to deliver smooth and flawless execution of customer engagement growth objectives.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Stringent adherence to deal/non deal roadshow guidelines to ensure activities are executed in the most appropriate manner
  • Understanding and executing your role in effectively managing third party risks; approvals by Complaince/Legal/Businesses are obtained at all times
  • 100% focus on delivery of evolving deal/non deal roadshows & GIA activities – instant action and constant attention to ensure the activities are delivered in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Weekly updates to EMEA Pipeline to ensure all activities are logged in successfully – the pipeline file is one single unit that will be used to monitor activity/performance for the year
  • Share drive : update of respective folders is to be maintained – this area gives an update on the ongoing /historical projects to date
  • Budgets to be agreed with business prior to initiation of activity with nil various to targets
  • Maximise Hospitality events ; collaborate for Ramadan and Diwali, Golf/Rugby sponsorships, Economist Roadshow/Libor to leverage visibility with GB business stakeholders and clients
  • Leverage marketing assets in-house (ie create platform) to drive brand, equity and cost effectiveness to achieve business priorities
  • Explore tools within existing portals (Dealogic, WeConvene, iConference) quick tips and tricks; iidentify new “ways of working” for enhanced client engagement and seamless management to drive client satisfaction.
  • Continuous collaboration with our vendors to maximise opportunities/strengths for upcoming GIA activities
  • Create a healthy and professional working relationship with key stakeholders within Legal, Compliance and wider GB&M Team
