Job Description
- Follow export shipment
- Check Shipments data before shipment Arrive
- Prepare shipping documents for customs clearance team such as Invoice, packing list
- Follow customs clearance progress with clearance team
- prepare documents need such as SGS, certificates of origin
- Follow shipments release & arrange delivery plan
- submit bookings and SI for shipping line and or freight forwarders
- communicate with shipping line and agents
Job Requirements
- Very Good at English
- Very Good Skills for Microsoft office specially ( excel & PowerPoint )
