Job Description
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, and programs.
- Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.
- Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job descriptions for all positions in the Company.
- Assisting in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.
- Create effective strategic planning methods.
- Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
- Recommend development systems.
- Develop strategic plan for achieve organizational goals.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
- Stay updated with organizational development trends.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Good in English Language
- 2-3 years proven work experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or similar role.
- V. Good verbal and written communication skills
- Quick thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
- V. Good analytical and time-management skills.
