BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Good in English Language
2-3 years proven work experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or similar role.
V. Good verbal and written communication skills
Quick thinker and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
V. Good analytical and time-management skills.
