  • Filing employees' weekly schedule,  and attendance.
  • Managing and updating Employees' files.
  • Filing vacation requests, salary advance requests, loans requests
  • Managing Employees crises fund
  • Preparing Governmental requirements; social insurance, labor office, etc…
  • Taking part in monthly payroll preparation
  • Taking part in annual appraisal process

Job Requirements
