Job Description

We are currently starting a new project in the Food & Beverage industry by establishing a multi-brand factory to serve our uprising investments in that sector; specifically in the Coffee Roasting and Chocolate manufacturing segments.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator based in New Cairo. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including handling customer inquiries and complaints, preparing sales reports, and maintaining CRM systems. The Sales Coordinator will work in-office as well as directly approaching potential clients through visits and following up with existing ones with main focus on the HORECA and B2B sectors.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
  • Experience using CRM and sales reporting tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
