Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Advisor. As a Telesales Advisor, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering relevant products or services. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
