Job Description
- Oversee and manage a team of field service technicians and engineers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve field service operations and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests and work orders.
- Monitor and analyze field service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle and solve all on site client complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments when required to coordinate resources and resolve customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power major.
- Proven exposure as an electrical site engineer for a minimum of 5 years.
- Hands on experience as Field Services Leader for a minimum of 2 years.
- Communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
