You will utilize your skills in Postilion to perform business-critical operations including backoffice processing and issue investigation & resolution.Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Execute end-of-day operations with precision. Monitor the system for any undesired behavior. Participate in system maintenance activities. Undertake and own issue investigation and work with stakeholders towards resolution. Plan for monthly KPI Metrics Monitoring and Review of Merchant Integration. Must have technical/professional qualifications:Years of experience 3– 5 years in similar capacity (Realtime/Office) Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science. Hands-on experience with Postilion Product in a similar role Able to execute Postilion project implementation and testing. Able to support Postilion UAT and production rollouts.
