Role Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Specialist to grow our team. The telesales specialist will be responsible for communication with existing customers, Renewal, managing the sales Process, and upgrading.

• Communicate with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase renewal conversion rates.
• Maintain and follow up with customers, understand their learning needs, and provide personalized renewal suggestions to improve student retention.
• Monitor students’ learning progress, analyze learning data, and develop renewal strategies based on their stage and performance.
• Answer questions from customers, handle possible concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
