Job Description
- Drafting annexes of contracts.
- Reviewing Architectural and Structure violations against original design.
- Issuing utilities approval letters.
- Calculating extra BUA's and issuing related assessment fees.
- Reviewing Contracts data.
- Approving Clients modifications requests.
- Conduct Technical meetings with Clients upon CRM team request.
- Coordinating with other teams.
- Governmental amendments and permit modifications.
- Providing specs & BOQ for finishing works executed by IGI.
- Conduct Site visits if needed.
- Offering finishing deals to clients.
- Following up on execution process.
