Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
- Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
- Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes to meet quality and customer service standards.
- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
- Assist in cash handling activities and development expense and revenue reports.
- This is in addition to the functional tasks decided by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant educational background.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the company's technical products and services.
- Excellent Experience in sales and the technology field.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic language level both spoken and written.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and ERP system practical experience is a must.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Attention to details.
