- Review and approve/deny requests from hospitals, labs, pharmacies, etc.
- Advocate for patients in accessing Medicare's network of providers .
- Identify utilization and quality control needs .
- Respond to patient and provider inquiries and complaints .
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system .
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in healthcare/medical field .
- Excellent communication and organizational skills .
- Professional demeanor and confidentiality .
- Collaborative team player yet able to work independently .
