Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle ERP applications, with a primary focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), encompassing system design, configuration, integration, upgrades, and support.
- Collaborate with business leaders to analyze operational needs and translate them into effective, scalable ERP solutions, particularly in finance, supply chain, production planning, procurement, process manufacturing, and human resources.
- Lead ERP projects from inception to completion, including new module deployments, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Tailor ERP functionalities to meet the unique operational demands of the poultry industry, including feed production, hatchery operations, live bird management, and distribution logistics.
- Define, implement, and enforce ERP best practices, governance policies, data integrity protocols, and security frameworks.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing ERP team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Champion user adoption through structured training programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and ongoing user support.
- Stay current with Oracle EBS advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance the ERP ecosystem and deliver measurable business value.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing Oracle ERP environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is required.
