Job Description
He is responsible for all aspects of the process of exporting F&B products to foreign markets. This includes managing logistics operations, managing relationships with international customers, and ensuring export regulations are enforced.
Main responsibilities:
Market development:
• Find new markets for the company's products.
• Participate in international trade shows.
• Build strong relationships with international customers.
Logistics Management:
• Planning and executing international shipping operations.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and customs clearance.
• Ensure that products arrive at the destination on time and in the best condition.
Document Preparation:
• Prepare all documents required for export, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, health certificates and certificates of origin.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents.
• Compliance with regulations:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest export laws and regulations.
• Ensure all legal requirements are met.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks in the export process.
• Develop plans to minimize these risks.
Job Requirements
• Languages: Proficiency in English.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Public Relations: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to get the best terms.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics and business systems.
• Possible daily tasks: Communicating with international clients via online meetings
• Maximum 2-3 years experience prefer in the same field.
