A Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and events in their assigned region or territory. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute all offline marketing activities for InstaShop. From planning to execution, ensure our offline branding is consistent and impactful
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to maximize branding opportunities and unify InstaShop's offline presence.
  • Source, monitor and manage supplier and third-party agency relationships.
  • Measure the impact and optimize activities and make adjustments to improve results.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and provide valuable insights to inform InstaShop's marketing strategies.
  • Devise marketing techniques and tactics based on the area and business demands in order to increase the awareness of InstaShop.
  • Plan and execute events. Coordinate activations, sponsorships, and experiential marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Assist with daily tasks and projects to ensure the smooth running of InstaShop's marketing operations.
  • Track projects and deliverables in a clear format, providing full visibility to various internal & external stakeholder

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in offline brand management 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Cooperative character and willing to support team member
  • Ability to work independently and in groups
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
