Credit and Collection Analyst

What's the Role? The purpose of the role is to ensure that all receivables are collected in a timely manner and the process to follow up and engage with overdue customers adheres to the market organization's guidelines. The role involves achieving the credit and collection objectives of the organization and striking a balance between maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and ensuring timely payments. Good understanding of C&C (Credit & Collection) KPIs and Targets and ability to define possible actions. Analytical skillset to assess credit risk trends and change in risks behaviors. Good business & financial understanding to assess market risks and come to balanced decisions. Strong communication skills paired with solution-oriented attitude to lead successful discussions with customers & salesforce. Excellent communication skills on the phone in daily interaction with customers. Structured working approach combined with ability to work under pressure.
