About the Job
  • Managing organizational sales in smart cities section by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals and technical operational goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Tracking technical implementation goals and reporting results as necessary 
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team & technical team.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team & technical teams through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent understanding for IoT solutions, embedded systems.
  • 3+ Years Experience in planning and implementing sales & operational strategies. 
  • 3+ Years Experience in customer relationship management.
  • 3+ Years Experience managing and directing a sales team and operation team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead sales and technical teams and provide reports as requested.
