Job Description

  • Sourcing new partners in the Retail sector and executing exciting partnership solutions 
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy 
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners 
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships. 
  • Form and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners in Retail Sector through frequent visits, telephone calls, email, and online contact 
  • Sign an agreement with the new partnerships (Retail) 
  • Validate the value of partner each month  
  • Review customer needed documents and contact information. 
  • Reviewing the legal document status of the client and his entity. 
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner. 
  • Coordination with the Contracting Department to send the service subscription contract. 
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction until the contracting procedures are completed 
  • Create call log and activity on the client’s accounts after every action with them. 
  • Achieve requested target and number of customers from the partners 
  • Answer clients’ requirements after sale and directing it to the responsible team to follow up with the client. 
  • Follow up with the old leads to get the last update form their end. 
  • Helping the clients to finalize their contracting process on an easily way. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and partnerships in retail is a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone 
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems 
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects 
  • Excellent knowledge of English 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. 
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints 
  • High school diploma: BSc/BA will be a plus 
  • Sales oriented, soft skills, very good in computer skills, problem-solving. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. 
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
