Job Description
- Sourcing new partners in the Retail sector and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Form and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners in Retail Sector through frequent visits, telephone calls, email, and online contact
- Sign an agreement with the new partnerships (Retail)
- Validate the value of partner each month
- Review customer needed documents and contact information.
- Reviewing the legal document status of the client and his entity.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Coordination with the Contracting Department to send the service subscription contract.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction until the contracting procedures are completed
- Create call log and activity on the client’s accounts after every action with them.
- Achieve requested target and number of customers from the partners
- Answer clients’ requirements after sale and directing it to the responsible team to follow up with the client.
- Follow up with the old leads to get the last update form their end.
- Helping the clients to finalize their contracting process on an easily way.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and partnerships in retail is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma: BSc/BA will be a plus
- Sales oriented, soft skills, very good in computer skills, problem-solving.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
