Job Description
- Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and manage production staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BSc in Production Engineer
Experience :
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience (in Manufacturing preferably in the Chemical Industry).
Computer Skills:
- Professional user of MS Office.
- Familiarity with the Oracle System is a must.
Language Skills:
- Very Good command of both written and spoken English.
