Job Description
- Supervise the recruitment and management of talent, developing and executing the recruitment, hiring and reception processes of workers, in order to cover detected needs, following the guidelines set out by the Group's HR policy.
- Direct, define and implement, together with area managers, the company's training plan so that the upskilling actions respond to real needs and meet quality standards.
- Analyze, define, and implement the compensation structure of the company, in order to guarantee internal equity and external competitiveness, collaborating in the implementation of the Group's organizational structure.
- Coordinate and supervise legislation, labor regulations, as well as communication with public administrations, within the company at the level of Spain and ensure compliance.
- Supervise and carry out personnel administration tasks in order to ensure compliance with them in accordance with current legislation.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- HR Diploma is must
- Fluent in English
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
