Job Description
- Support the sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation
- Maintain Sales Filing with key artifacts during the sales cycle
- Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures
- Work closely with Service, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Marketing and other functional areas to support the sales team’s success
- Work with sales teams to generate key target opportunities
- Drive entire maintenance renewal business with partners & customers
- Deal and indicate payment terms (Bank TT OR Cheque)
- Maintain and prepare Reservation Memo (Sales Rep)
- Preparing Contracts:
- Reviewing all Clients Data (Res Form)
- Coordinating Regulation Manual and Annexes with the Engineering Department
- Coordinating Terms of Payment with Hospitality Department
- Following Contracts Signature
- Sign for courier packages
- Follow up Homeowners Cards issuance and renewal
- Follow up Unit Delivery
- Referral/ Broker:
- Percentage Contract signature from all parties.
- Payment Request (signed by the real Estate finance)
- Follow up Payment Collection
- Reporting SystemClient Data Base
- Hand Over Reports
- PCs Reports
- Broker / Referrals (Commission percentage)
- Add-Ons Report
- Development report going in depth
- Monthly Report (contracted units Pdf copy)
Job Requirements
- Presentable.
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Hard worker.
- Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST
