Job Description

  • Participation of the Board of Directors in defining and implementing the strategic direction and future vision of the company to ensure that the company maintains its competitive advantage in the markets.
  • Making the necessary decisions to achieve the company's mission and organizational goals with the specified efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adopting policies and plans directed to the performance of various major activities in the company towards achieving the company's specific organizational goals.
  • Ensuring the safety, realization and use of the company’s various resources, and that the operation of these resources is economical and achieves the company’s organizational objectives.
  • Ensuring that the implementation of the company's work policies, plans and procedures is within the limits and standards specified for various activities and businesses.
  • Participation of the Board of Directors in preparing the current and future structure of the company, and determining the company’s needs and expectations of these needs (short-term / long-term), as well as methods for managing them.
  • Strengthening the company’s relationship to achieve the smooth flow of the company’s business in accordance with its strategic objectives.
  • Participating in preparing systems and regulations and making decisions in various aspects of managing the human resources working in the company.
  • Approval of the final accounts, business results, financial position, and planning budget, in accordance with company policy.
  • Meeting periodically with various departments to discuss the current situation and the extent of achieving the company’s strategy.
  • Approving the detailed work programs and plans received from all departments, as well as reviewing and approving the reports submitted to him by the company’s departments.
  • Reviews the company's operational results and compares them with the set objectives, and ensures that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
  • Follow technological developments in the confectionery industry and provide technological improvements to improve production performance.

Job Requirements

  • Suitable higher qualification (preferably postgraduate or master’s degree in business administration/or law)
  • At least 15 years of experience in a similar position in companies operating in the same field as the company.
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of confectionery industry.
  • High administrative and supervisory skills and the ability to develop and follow up work plans.
  • Practical experience in developing, formulating and implementing policies and strategies in the field of business.
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Forecasting skills and observation power.
  • Ability to create a second row.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Enjoying a high level of craftsmanship, which reflects his practice in the various functions of production, quality, accounts, marketing, promotion, customer service, exhibitions, public relations and sales.
