Job Description
1. Accounting and Financial Management:
- Prepare and review financial entries to ensure accurate and clear recording of financial transactions.
- Generate monthly and annual financial reports for the farm, including income and expense reports.
- Monitor inventory and update accounts related to available goods and new purchases.
2. Administrative Supervision and Organization:
- Maintain and update employee attendance and document all administrative information related to employees.
- Coordinate and organize work among different teams on the farm to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare work schedules, distribute tasks among employees as needed, and guide teams for optimal performance.
- Manage internal communications between various departments to facilitate information exchange.
- Document and organize all administrative and accounting records, ensuring they are stored securely and systematically.
3. Administrative Planning and Development:
- Provide suggestions to improve financial and administrative workflow at the farm to achieve higher efficiency.
- Identify the farm's needs in terms of human and financial resources, and make recommendations to management.
- Monitor and update financial and administrative policies according to work requirements.
- Control expenses and general costs to ensure budget compliance, planning to manage expenses effectively.
4. Monitoring and Quality Control:
- Supervise occupational safety and health procedures and ensure compliance by all employees.
- Monitor quality across all aspects of administrative and financial work, implementing corrective actions for errors and improving processes as needed.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in the agricultural or farming sector.
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or other ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong skills in financial analysis and report preparation.
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to lead teams.
