Job Description
The assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the chief executive officer.
- Coordinate preparing, updating and follow up implementation of the company short-, medium- and long-term business plan.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
- Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes, recording minutes and follow up execution / results.
- Follow up staff daily, weekly, and monthly plan implementation.
- Business development and their related market research and market development plan locally and internationally.
- Receives incoming communication, reports, or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summaries and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Job Requirements
- Experiance in MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES is a MUST
- Proven Experience from 7 to 10 years as an executive or personal assistant .
- pharmaceutical background is a plus
- Maximum age 35 .
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – AUC, GUC- AND/ OR MBA preferred.
- English Language Fluency
- Excellent in Using Microsoft is Must.
- Organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, business development and working with ERP systems.
- Information gathering and information monitoring skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Judgment and decision-making ability
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
