Job Description

The assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the chief executive officer.

  • Coordinate preparing, updating and follow up implementation of the company short-, medium- and long-term business plan.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes, recording minutes and follow up execution / results.
  • Follow up staff daily, weekly, and monthly plan implementation.
  • Business development and their related market research and market development plan locally and internationally.
  • Receives incoming communication, reports, or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summaries and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

Job Requirements

  • Proven Experience from 7 to 10 years as an executive or personal assistant .
  • pharmaceutical background is a plus
  • Maximum age 35 .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – AUC, GUC- AND/ OR MBA preferred.
  • English Language Fluency
  • Excellent in Using Microsoft is Must.
  • Organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, business development and working with ERP systems.
  • Information gathering and information monitoring skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Judgment and decision-making ability
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
