Job Description
- Receiving the trucking orders from the customer service team.
- Plan the routes, and dispatch drivers to complete deliveries.
- Follow up the [removed]ing and offloading operations with drivers and tracking shipments’ details to make sure of perfect [removed]ing and offloading conditions.
- Follow up the trucking invoices with contractors.
- On time follow up with customers with shipment details, locations and conditions.
- Respond to customers’ feedback and complaints.
- Record all shipment details on system.
- Update contractors and drivers details on system.
- Keep a very good relationship with contractors.
- Ensure timely and correct data update on the system.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Any relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
- Technical Experience: 1-3 years of experience, must be in freight forwarding, trucking, shipping and/or logistics field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with (blue & white collars).
- Attention to details.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office application.
- Very good level of English language.
