Job Description
- Achieve the budget assigned for the company products.
- Sell all the portfolio products for Levelling / Dry lining segments.
- Open new channels especially for the New products.
- Prepare presentations internally and externally (to present the customers our product specifications).
- Bringing new distributors and retailer to the company.
- Coordinate ordering and dispatching for the sales order.
- Prepare all the monthly reports.
- Responsible for developing and managing new and existing accounts.
- Qualify and analyze customer data to develop strategies to produce maximum profitable revenue and margin to meet required sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and foster company image through customer visits.
- Participate in customer events and campaigns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction building materials, any other industries including distribution network preferably in Dry lining , ceiling industries
- Excellent track record in achieving sales targets/goals in a specified time period
- Knowledge of sales industry trends and practices
- Business development acumen
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation
- Very good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers
- Must own a car
