Job Description

  • Provide support to the management team within a company's sales depart.
  •  performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications.
  • Handling sales and pre-sales coordination.
  • Responsibility for project documentation.
  • Handling CRM
  • Consistent reporting (revenue actual against forecast, deviation), sales.
  • Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.
  • Organize meeting and arrange appointments.
  • analyze the performance of the sales team.
  • assure that sales team is meeting the targets quarterly.
  • distributing for the leads among sales team.
