Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and highly organized Interior Designer with a design background to support our Creative Director, will shadow her for three months and then take over while she is on maternity leave, managing her schedule and ensuring smooth project operations at both Living In Interiors and Don Tanani.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow the Creative Director for 3 months to learn her responsibilities and workflows.
- Manage her daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Handle emails and prioritize communications.
- Oversee ongoing design projects and business operations.
- Liaise with clients, designers, and team members on her behalf.
- Address urgent issues and represent the Creative Director in meetings.
- Assist with social media content, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related fields (Interior Design, Fine Arts, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and professional representation.
- Experience in a creative or design-driven environment is a plus.
- Proactive, self-driven, with leadership potential.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project management and design workflows.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure.
