Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our expanding team, focusing on the support of our fast growing strategy. 

The HR Manager will provide oversight of all HR processes and properly resolve team escalations. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, have a broad HR background with experience managing and developing others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a recruiting team supporting our manufacturing site; hiring different roles across skilled trades, production, Maintenance, Quality, Sales…..etc.
  • Partner with Managers and leaders to create recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent.
  • Lead, mentor and rapidly grow a team of high performing recruiters.
  • Use data and insight to drive strategy and execution.
  • Create and maintain a team operating rhythm that complements the annual HR cycle process and business initiatives
  • Establish Individual Development Plans for each HR team member
  • Serve as a HR team focal for key projects and initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of priorities and support of key business process and initiatives with leadership of HR Shared Services
  • Develop, host and facilitate a quarterly development session for all HR production team members.
  • Create and maintain a team operating rhythm that complements the annual HR cycle process and business initiatives

  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for high volume hiring.
  • Able to operate effectively and comfortable working in a very fast moving and constantly changing company.
  • Demonstrated experience of utilizing data and insights to drive a team’s strategy and performance.
  • Demonstrated experience of driving consistent improvements in Recruiting strategy, tools, process and people.
  • Proven track record in high volume recruitment and creating innovative recruitment campaigns.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Able to quickly develop strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Requirements

  • Working in a manufacturing field before is a must.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Males Only.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Positive attitude
  • HR MBA is preferable.
