- Promote, sell and generate interest towards the client’s products/Services and handle customer inquiries by following a customer excellence procedure.
- Contacting American seniors and Doctor's offices by using an internal dialer to promote medical services.
- Promoting medical service by communicating the benefits for the patients to achieve the set target and increase the revenue.
- Transferring the interested patients by using internal systems to the closer to check their eligibility.
- Submitting each successful transfer on internal systems by adding the needed product to check its eligibility afterward.
- Maintaining the quality of the calls by applying the quality checklist to reach the client’s satisfaction.
- Operating under company guidelines to meet guidelines quality standards.
