Main Tasks:
1. Employee Engagement Initiatives:
o Develop and execute engagement programs, activities, and events to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
o Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
2. Employee Feedback & Surveys:
o Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
o Track employee sentiment and identify trends to enhance workplace culture.
3. Onboarding & Orientation Support:
o Assist in onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel connected and engaged from day one.
o Support training and development initiatives for employees to enhance their professional growth.
4. Internal Communication & Culture Development:
o Work closely with HR and leadership to communicate organizational values, goals, and key initiatives effectively.
o Develop creative content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, social media, and company portals.
5. Retention & Recognition Programs:
o Implement and monitor reward and recognition programs to acknowledge employee contributions.
o Provide recommendations on strategies to improve employee retention and job satisfaction.
6. Events & Activities:
o Plan, organize, and execute a calendar of internal events including team-building activities, cultural celebrations, wellness days, holiday parties, and appreciation events.
o Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics (venue, catering, materials, communication).
o Manage budgets, timelines, invitations, and post-event feedback.
o Innovate and refresh recurring events to maintain excitement and participation.
o Ensure events support organizational values and inclusivity.
o Align events with engagement goals, wellness objectives, and company milestones.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams & to handle all aspects of events planning and execution from start to finish.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex financial and system issues effectively.
