Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
. 5+ years in the SMS sector, with in-depth knowledge of MySQL, TCP, HTTP, and SMPP protocols.
. Proficient in Windows/Linux, with solid networking and database skills.
. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.
. Ready to work overnight shifts.
. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent at teamwork and knowledge sharing.
. Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
