Job Description
- Read and establish Quality plans for parts and final products and follow the implementation of the plans.
- Establish all the work instructions and procedures for all production stations inspection process.
- Asses in establishing quality sampling plan for inward, in process and final inspection criteria and continues develop of the criteria.
- Follow all QC procedures during production processes and help update if needed.
- Follow QC procedures on the final products help update if needed.
- Review and approve all final product inspection forms
- Develop calibration plan for inspection tools
- Develop and implement verification for test devices that not need calibration
- Evaluate the nonconformance status and help determining the root causes.
- Establish corrective actions for nonconformance status.
- Establish and evaluate training needs for Quality inspectors and perform needed training
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in engineering.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in quality control field of sheet metals and electrostatic painting.
- Certified in the quality systems management especially in ISO 9001.
- Good experience in the field of manufacturing of electrical equipment.
