Job Description
· Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks,
· Team Management: Supervise and train a team of equipment technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
· Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to identify potential issues or breakdowns.
· Repair Coordination: Coordinate repairs and replacements for damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment and operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
· Cost Control: Manage equipment maintenance budgets and explore cost-saving opportunities.
· Performance Metrics: Monitor equipment performance and downtime to identify areas for improvement.
· Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and equipment supplies.
Job Requirements
Experiences:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
Qualification:
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment and operations.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.
