Job Description

  • Supervises and follows up the work team in performing the job tasks related to receiving calls and incoming visits to the branch through clients and responding to their inquiries in order to ensure the efficiency of their implementation of the tasks assigned to them.
  •  Providing the necessary support to the team by attending some interviews with clients to close the sal.e
  • Show the exceptions provided by the company to the customer to motivate him to buy
  • Familiarity with the terms of payment and contracting to explain them to the customer during the presentation of the unit.
  • Follows up and prepares a weekly report on the work schedule for the next week, specifying the distribution of the work system and weekly leave for each employee separately, in addition to monitoring the employees ’commitment to the set schedule to ensure that all work hours are covered for the sales department.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the results of the team’s work and evaluating the sales performance of individual subordinates and submitting them to the sales manager to ensure he is informed of the latest developments and business developments.
  • It evaluates and motivates subordinates periodically and proposes training and development programs for their sales skills to ensure that they raise the level of their job performance in order to achieve the company's goals in development and growth.
  • Organizes vacations to ensure the smooth running of work.
  • Provides guidance and technical support to team members to improve their sales capabilities
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills and providing solutions to problems.
  • Executing the tasks required on CRM and following up on the team members through it.
  • Review the financial systems submitted to clients through the work team.
  • Solve the problems of indirect sales companies for everyone within the sales team and with departments.
