Who We AreArtmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and services to Customers.Job DescriptionJob Title : Microsoft Dynamics CRM ConsultantJob Type : Full TimeExperience : 2 to 10 yearsLocation : Remote (Dubai)We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamic CRM Consultant who will be in charge of assessing the business needs of clients, creating solutions specifically for them using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and putting these solutions into action.ResponsibilitiesExperience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM Consultant.Experience in implementing CRM integrations with other systems using REST APIs, SOAP, or middleware tools.Hands-on experience in CRM configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client specifications.Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for CRM implementation projects.Collaborate with technical teams to integrate CRM solutions with existing systems and applications.Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality and features.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM implementation and usage.Assist in data migration and system upgrades as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for CRM optimization and improvement.Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to CRM implementation and usage.QualificationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
